MOONGOOSE to appear at Liverpool Arts Prize Opening.
A rather slimmed down version of MOONGOOSE will be playing this coming Thursday (26th) at METAL/Edge Hill Station, Liverpool.

PINK INDUSTRY play Brazil
After 25 years, PINK INDUSTRY have reformed for a gig in Brazil at the end of Jan 2012.
I was particularly honoured to be asked to participate in the project as musical director, and we have all been working away at this rather special show for a few months.
As an overview of their career, musically it stands up completely in the current climate, with a few tracks really showing how forward-looking and completely ahead of their time they were.

Cerys plays ‘Alone’
Yorkie & Mick Dolan – ‘Alone’ by MOONGOOSE
‘Alone’ was originally recorded 10 years ago by myself & Mick Dolan, at the request of friend Sue Allegra.
This version was recorded in 2004 for Peter McCaughey’s exhibition at THE FUTURIST cinema for that years Liverpool Bi-ennial.
It was the last thing to be heard from the cinema and played after a special screening of Sam Peckinpah’s THE WILD BUNCH.
This version features a rather special cameo appearance by Yorkie’s son Matthew (then aged 4 yrs).
It was released as a special LTD edition CD as ‘Alone At The Futurist’ (see discography).
